Outdoor Society Project: we are a team of daredevils
If you’ve made it this far, you’re probably wondering: what is the Outdoor Society Project? We’re here to tell you, but first, a fair warning: we’re rebels.
Yep, because in a world ruled by individualism, we chose to team up.
Why did we decide to do this? Maybe because we’re hopeless romantics. But most of all, because we started asking ourselves some big questions.
We live in a time where overworking has become a badge of success—one that often leads to chronic exhaustion and a total disconnect from reality.
“The light inside is broken.” That’s what the note on the vending machine said. And honestly? Never has an inanimate object been easier to relate to.
We wanted a way out. We wanted to offer an alternative.
And so, in a twist of fate (that was never really just fate), Trickster Troupe and Aurora Coworking decided to join forces.
From opposite corners of the world, we came together to bring this vision to life—a project that will take you through the wildest landscapes of our breathtaking island, where the mistral wind carves the cliffs and bends the junipers.
Trickster Troupe & Aurora Coworking on a quest for an A-Team
We met. We mapped it out. And then we went looking for our A-Team. We had a mission. We needed a crew.
So, we knocked on their doors and convinced them, one by one, to trust us. That’s why we want to thank them in advance—for believing in this project.
They are our dream team in the making, the first Outdoor Society Project squad we’re introducing to the world: Daniele Cioce (Sardegna Kite House), Gabriele Filisina (MTB Tours), Edoardo Sanna (La Pecora Giapponese), Carlo Sanneris (Carlo Sanneris Surf Coaching), Silvio Zoncheddu (Volo Libero Sardegna).
Mom, I’m heading out
Remember these names. Lock their faces in your mind. Because when you get home with a grin on your face, you’ll be telling stories about them. And you won’t be able to stop.
The corners of your mouth will start lifting. And no, it won’t be the botox. It’s called a genuine smile. The diagnosis? Overwhelming happiness.
But let’s be real—there are some serious side effects: You’ll start checking the weather forecast every hour. You’ll stock up on maps and GPS devices. You’ll learn to read the wind. Your phone will turn into a meteorological command center, filled with weather apps.
Your friends will start asking you where to go for a relaxing day at the beach. But your definition of relaxing will have changed entirely.
You’ll be chasing wind, waves, and rugged trails. You’ll feel like the Cheshire Cat in Alice in Wonderland when you experience “scaduta” with Carlo. Wind will no longer be a problem—Silvio and Daniele will show you why. Edoardo and Gabriele will be the most reliable two-wheeled GPS systems you’ve ever met.
This isn’t just about adventure. It’s not just about sport. It’s about joining a community. Seeing Sardinia through the hands and hearts of those who know it best. It’s about the power of sharing, the grind rewarded by jaw-dropping views, and the kind of smile that comes naturally after a day well spent.
Because an experience isn’t just a moment you live—it’s a mark that stays with you. It shapes you, pushes you beyond your limits, and fills you with unforgettable emotions. It’s the salt on your skin after a day at sea, the rush of adrenaline after conquering a challenge. It’s what stays in your heart, long after everything else fades away.
We thought of everything. Seriously, everything.
And if duty calls? If you absolutely have to work? Well, at the very least, do it from Aurora Coworking.
Now, if I were being all proper and professional, I’d tell you that in the heart of Iglesias, there’s a cutting-edge coworking space where brilliant ideas and projects come to life. A whirlwind of creative minds, dreamers crossing paths, big things happening.
But since I believe in honesty, I feel obliged to tell you the most important fact of all:
There’s also a killer game room.
And guess what? You’ll find Outdoor Society Project brochures there too, helping you pick your next adventure between Zoom calls.
Chances are, you’ll end up grabbing a mortadella sandwich from the bakery before sneaking off to the beach for your lunch break.
Life is outside. You coming?
